Collaborative environment, but pace can be slow - Product Designer Amplify Employee Review

Excellent training and support. Fantastic work culture. Amplify does an excellent job of hiring wonderful people who are a pleasure to work with. Their systems are well established and their training is thorough.

As an independent contractor, work hours are difficult to anticipate as it is based on need.

There are some very dedicated, talented and well intentioned people who work there. For awhile it felt like the organization was building and doing great things. The salary felt fairly competitive with the industry standard.

Don't look too closely under the hood if you don't want to stop believing in the illusion. The product is no longer as strong as it once was, the PD and CS have gone way downhill, they care more about profit than people and they are no longer mission driven but success and money driven. They talk a good game, but many people there are ruthless so watch your back. They do a good job of making you feel like it's the best place to work and you are lucky to be there, for awhile, but when the blook is off the rose, watch out.
