Nothing that i can think of.

Company has a good reputation among the tech providers. Nice leadership. Old CRO (who is no longer the CRO) really tried to get to know everyone (amazing human). Groups to work for- consulting, CSM - anything other than AE.

Inflowcx I think is possibly a good company to work for but I don’t know if it is a good company because people within the organization keep saying it is, or if it really is. They say they are about taking care of their people but when they don’t, they just blame it on the parent company - Amplix. Their old CRO is the image of the company and without him, I don’t know what the company would do. They put all of their energy into Genesys and when Genesys decided to not use Inflowcx as much, they lost a lot of business. I do give them props because it took them a year after to realize they needed to start working with other providers outside of the big ones (NICE, five9, Genesys and Zoom) and they also need to focus on AI. Do I think it is a good company? I have no idea. There are certain areas I would recommend people to work and other areas I would not.
