Nothing bad to say about company

Co-workers are friendly, Company offers a 401K plan that has a 25% match up to employees 6% contribution. Paid vacations and holidays, attendance bonus.

Communication can be lacking or poor between main office and branch plant, medical benefits are nominal with a high deductible. There are morale problems for a variety of reasons, one of which is inconsistent enforced discipline. Merit raises are not existent, the only increase that hourly employees see is 10 cents a year with the exception of some employees receiving a one time 5% increase after a manager resigned.
