Very good work environment and management - Human Resources Amrit Group Employee Review

The company is very flexible in terms of finances. Not a lot of procedures and in place to get a payment done. Vendors get payment within 7 days which is a first for me. I have never worked with a more flexible Finance department in my career. There is a lot of scope as an employee where, I believe, I could contribute to this company.

The company is not at all professional. Policies are there but most of them needs to be reviewed. No SOP. Proper induction and joining formalities are non existant. No organisational structure available with HR. Means you have to keep guessing where you stand in the hirerchy. TA & DA policy is outdated and not sufficient. Not employee friendly. People come to office, work and go home. Nothing more...nothing less. No retention policy. No employee welfare. No CSR policy. IT support is non-existant.
