Good exposure as a fresher. Some Manager's having good knowledge and ready to share. Starting salary is best in industry, but won't change for a year. No dress-code.
Cons
There are some peoples who are stuck at the company, who'll canvas you to stay there if you try to leave, even after the bond period. The company's policy will change according to the attitude of the employee. Politics present, as the people who praises the management will get timely increment, day off, bonuses etc. Kitchen talks, gossips are present at high level, and even the management knows it. Spy peoples are always watching your back. Moral policing is common. They'll cut your salary as half-day if you didn't clock 9 hours. Even 8.59.59 doesn't convince them. Torture is common for an employee who is in notice period. Policy will be flexible for devotees of Amrita Asram. Low pay/increment. No appreciations for works done, no bonus/perks like outing/party etc. Some team leads have no sense in technical knowledge, full of ego. Poor Infrastructure/amenities.
