Small departments you don't really go outside of so don't see how the rest of things work and can hinder your job performance if you don't understand what others do.
The hours are really good on the worker bee level. M-F only. Independent quick moving work that makes the time fly by.
Cons
They have two locations in Superior. The main DC is new, clean, and well staffed.
The second location is a 3 person crew that still maintains its original 80s looks. It is like the ugly sibling of the two.
