A lot of work in a small time table.

None, because any possible pro they could offer is quickly destroyed. Absolutely nothing, and I mean nothing, good lasts with this company. Whether it’s commission, base pay, PTO, daily tasks, or anything else you can imagine, they will inevitably find a way to ruin it for everyone. It’s an absolute nightmare!

The cons? Everything. Literally everything. From the horrendous commission structure to the insultingly low base pay, it’s all a disaster. PTO? Barely exists and when it does, good luck using it. Daily job duties are a chaotic mess, and management is either clueless or completely indifferent. Every single aspect of this company is broken beyond repair. It’s a constant downward spiral with no hope of improvement.
