      Colleagues are really great and It has an ok work life balance.

      Cons

      CCTV monitoring for employees movement. Might be scrutinised when making coffee. COO might get emotional at times. 2 retrenchment exercise in the last 2 years. Late comers of 10 mins might get cash penalty.

      - Great team that support and help each other - Work life balance - Nice office with fantastic view - Flexible lunch hours

      Cons

      - Compensation and benefits are lower than average - Has to be punctual with start work hour - No software for track of employee's benefits - eg balance of leaves, manual submission of leave application

      Nice people to work with, we have a bit of fun and games and very casual. Seniority is not very strict can freely communicate.

      Things can get a little dull and slow, since there is no live product that is being marketed
