      Pros

      Benefits are good. For the most part, great people at the lower levels to work with. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about looking good for customers and cutting costs. Communication is horrible. No training even though you're expected to take over more and more things as they make cuts and let go of employees and contractors.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
