      Pros

      Fast growing company, mostly by acquisition.

      Cons

      As a former LTC person they seem to have a pattern of laying us off just before we hit milestone anniversaries. I know at least two other very senior and highly talented people who were laid off just before major milestones when they would have gotten more time off or a paid sabbatical. That is NOT how you treat your best people.

      Management are actively mean and yell at people Supervisors all talk badly about each other and operators Not a chance to move up despite promises
