Pros
Management is focused on company's work product -- much better then my previous job where mgmt was focused on saving pennies and laying off quality people to save money. I have a degree in statistics, pretty happy with work here. People are generally social, nice co-workers, with relaxed dress code and and some decent perks. Company seems focused on innovation.
Cons
I could use more variety... would like to work on multiple projects and clients simultaneously, but my mgr has me working on long projects from start to finish. While company seems focused on innovation, sometimes the employees are the last to hear about it or see it.
