Pros
- Consulting environment is a good setting to learn data skills from across the pipeline. Lots of opportunities to learn but you must take the initiative to do so - If you are able to initiate learning paths and opportunities for yourself then this company will have many opportunities for you - Remote work: Ceo emphasized desire to always be remote - They have improved on a few aspects. In the beginning they were reliant on star performers to push the project and had no clear delivery methodology but now that is much more methodical.
Cons
- Constantly evolving structure as C-Suite tries to figure out what to do next - Company culture has worsened over the years especially as the company grew. It's not bad though but at this point the culture is similar to that of a generic corporate environment. - DEI issues
