Great snacks in break room. Competitive pay. Co-workers are pleasant. Company culture nice. Flexible schedule.

Leadership rarely provided direction - my background in IT is extensive, although "open-door" policy is encouraged, not reality. During the interview, I was expecting to be with the company a while, unfortunately due to constant changes and lack of management skills. the IT staff turns over every few months. Sadly, when I started, co-workers would take bets on how long I would last and the other IT support member. He was gone rather quickly. The job itself I enjoyed, but one day I was asked to run the systems in one direction, then month later, it would change. Again, paid well, good benefits, nice environment, but communication was poor. No real room for growth as well.
