Upper management issues, communications issues, some unchecked harassment issues, not very friendly to women employees with children This is really nice place with some great colleagues. Everyone works apart from each other so there is not much chance to get to know others unless you work directly with them. Most folks are friendly. There are some problem long-term employees. There seems to be low morale and a culture of fear around getting fired for small mistakes.
