Pros
I read some of the bad reviews on here and I don’t know where the toxic culture comes at? Seriously, best work culture I’ve ever experienced. We give shoutouts and continuous praise for work well done. I’ve never had anyone decline to help me or talk. Even management takes time to work with you and hear you out. The salary is very competitive, every PTO day I’ve requested was granted, leadership really does care about their teams and everyone is a go-getter. This is the best company I’ve ever worked for hands down.
Cons
It’s disorganized like every startup. They’re still figuring things out with product and employees. People leave and get let go like every company, they want the right people. However, they rarely fire people for bad sales performance and want you to succeed.
