Pros
The company environment is challenging and fast-paced. I've found colleagues to be respectful and caring. We recently had some lay-offs and thankfully a few toxic team members were let go as part of it. The environment feels a lot less siloed and cliquey.
Cons
The pace is not for everyone and there can be some demanding stakeholders. The benefits need to be better.
