      - diverse workload - ample opportunities to move up in career - supportive reviewers and managers - good work is compensated with good raise and bonus - work-life balance during off season - firm cares about its employees

      - limited to no work life balance during busy season but that should be expected coming into accounting

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
