      Good benefits and you can work remote 2-3 days a week.

      Terrible management, they lie to you, you are just a number literally, they don’t let you switch career paths.

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
