      Pros

      The pay is ok, and depending on what department you are in its ok.

      Cons

      Hours can be spotty. If they run out of parts, they will send you home on a Monday and then make you come in on Saturday to make up for it.

      Pros

      Working for Andersen has changed the way I think about work. I enjoy what I do. Management listens. I love it. I never want to work for anyone else.

      Sometimes I find we get in our own way.

      Great company culture, very laid back. Great work-life balance.

      There is room for growth, but climbing up the ladder isn't always easy or simple.
