Pros
1) The company encourages learning and improving your both hard and soft skills, so they have many meetups and courses, including English. Also, they offer employees professional development plans 2) There are frequent and transparent salary reviews and increases, as well as some additional activities to earn extra money. 3) Projects are quite interesting, and you can even change your project if you don’t like it. 4) The testing community within the company is really supportive, and you can always count on professional advice. People here are very friendly, we gather for parties and board games. I managed to make a lot of friends here. 5) I was already a middle when I came here, but many trainees and juniors I know say that their IT beginning here is pretty comfortable and praise Andersen’s traineeships.
Cons
1) I’m forced to work overtime on Saturday if something in production goes down. 2) We have dozens of calls every day, but half of them seems useless.
