Good hours and benefits to the job

Repetitive work and can be tedious

The management is very fair and loyal to their employees. No money problems and they always pay on time.

Not much room for growth financially. They don't really give raises from within, you have to leave to get close. Also, they are sometimes needlessly bureaucratic.
