Hard working individuals: People here are very seasoned, dedicated employees which is why i liked working here. Unfortunately as time goes by you see that most stick around because they are close to retirement not because they are appreciated. Monthly initiatives: these were nice gatherings that encouraged culture and morale Compensation is fair for the most part Very generous PTO policy
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing with the exception of two department heads The executive team has no regard for staff. They pretend to care with these long redundant speeches but in reality they do not care. They take advantage of the hard working employees and once they are done with you they fire you. There is zero room for growth since no one retires. There is a strong distinction between attorney and staff which is to be expected, but the differences in treatment is severely noticeable and unfair. They refuse to hire people to get legitimate tasks done, they use the 2-for-1 approach which would be good if they compensated accordingly. If you have respect for yourself avoid working here.
