Pros
No weekends are nice. The business closes at 5pm but your hours could be 7:30-4pm. Majority of the newest coworkers are enjoyable to work with, all in the same boat type feel. There is a yearly meeting where bonuses are handed out, but nothing special.
Cons
At the top the owner doesn't seem to care much about new employees. Appearance seems to be there main goal, and they don't practice what they preach. (Yearly meeting) The management don't quite know how to talk to their co-workers and lack experience and professionalism to the utmost degree. Can be degrading at times and are quick to go to the owner with all faults and errors. Neither provide a positive team environment or know how to do even that. Many employees have been there for a very long time and have been grandfathered in by the original owner. Work is taken away from those knowledgeable employees and handed down to the newer employees. A lot is expected of new hires and the company doesn't waste time in training. Most days are stressful and you never really know if you are doing a good job. Not much praise and more negative than positive.
