Not really, it was a great place

After 28 years of employment, I can say I am so lucky to have found this company. I hit the gold mine. I have learned so much and seen the company grow into what it is and I see the continuation of growth. Great management and good employees: I look forward to coming to work. Management is always willing to listen and implement new ideas. Good direction with great communication within the company to employees. Our insured's are happy to do business with us because of the great customer service that is provided to them and to know their accounts are handled by employees who have been with the company for so long. Happy employees, make happy clients. We have long term employees who have been with the company for 10 plus years. There are many employees also reaching 25 years plus of employment. Friendly and pleasant work environment.

I just think Andreini just needs to advertise the company more.
