      A lot of learning resources of professional plumbing knowledge and customer service. Good, fun, and helpful coworkers. Your seniors with plentiful of background knowledge always jump in to help you. Good employee benefits. Good day shift.

      Cons

      Not enough training, the company expect you to figure it out yourself which I have done so far. A lot of time, overloaded works. Could be better pay. Weekend shift. Sometimes, power harassment from couple of stuff from the top.
