Training could use some work, many technicians are put into the job without adequate training. Sometimes you have to work in the pouring rain, or freezing cold. Pay is low,

Company was family owned until February 2024. They sold the company to gold medal pools and told employees nothing was going to change. By February my salary went to hourly pay cap me out for pay raises. By November they had done away with my position altogether. Before I left other changes were being made within the office and how they run the company.
