      Pros

      The coworkers are so helpful and passionate on what they do. The culture on caring for patients is evident. The work life balance is great. The pay and benefits are great. The leadership is outstanding.

      Cons

      I would actually consider this a pro but the technology keeps changing for the better so we experience constant training on new features and systems. All the work that is done is to help the patient.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, fast paced. Salary is just okay.

      Cons

      Lack of support, micromanaging, absurd metrics, stressful, changing the rules and formats daily, overworked due to high turnover rate, extremely disorganized, phone systems cannot support call loads, no opportunity for growth.
