Pros
Absolutely no over site, you are on the honor system. If your elderly or disabled client is happy for your help; it can be very emotionally rewarding.
Cons
This company is ridiculous, my payroll check bounced four times. They are even blacklisted by HEB- you can not cash their payroll checks at HEB stores, which is pretty bad. Incredibly unprofessional, mailed paper checks, direct deposit isn't an option. No benefits, W-9 at the end of the year.
