Very CXO heavy. One's work and competence doesn't matter . Visibility has become the primary leverage. No vision and execution capabilities from CXO. It's shifted to a dog eat dog culture. Company performance going down month on month. Management is happy living in it's bubble. Good people are leaving. HR is now just a stamp. Reality will hit within next 1 year.
