Pros
I met some pretty cool people. The hours were great. The pay was decent, considering how easy the work is. They are very laid-back, there's no dress code, and they do have several kegs in the kitchen. They like to party. None of that on an individual level was a problem. On the surface, it seemed like a dream come true.
Cons
But small companies sometimes means very little in the way of proper management. I was told explicitly, on my first day, to NEVER speak to the CEO even though he sits maybe 10 feet from me. There isn't a rubric for how customer service agents should handle calls, but they do call grading for reviews. They don't tell you in the job description that sales is part of your job as a customer service agent BUT IT IS. They don't give you a quota but they've fired people for not making enough sales. Promotions are handed out based on popularity, not merit.
