My time at Angels’ Place was deeply shaped by the residents—working with them was by far the most rewarding part of the job. Their personalities, progress, and daily interactions made each day meaningful and fulfilling.

However, there were consistent challenges when it came to collaboration and execution. Unmotivated direct care staff often made it difficult to carry out responsibilities effectively, and at times, this impacted the quality of care of the residents and overall morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of cohesive company culture at some of the homes, which made it harder to foster a unified, supportive environment.
