Pros

Work from home Benefits Monday through Friday That’s About it

Cons

Micromanagement Recent comp plan change Cold calling all day Zooms and interruptions nonstop Management placed by brown-nosing, rather than experience or competence to actually understand what management means. CRM that crashes regularly Pricing changes every week, making it hard to know what you can offer the service provider. Definitely a game of favorites. If you sell nonstop, you’ll hear about how awesome you are… if you have an “off week”, expect the opposite.

We appreciate your review and are glad to hear you enjoyed many of the perks we extended team members during your time with us. Sales, especially any role involving high volumes of calling, can be stressful and it's understandable that performance week by week will not always be consistent. For this reason we provide additional management training and have dedicated teams who listen in on calls to provide feedback to guide future success. Leadership holds integrity and fairness amongst team members with utmost importance and this is clearly communicated to team managers. While sales can be stressful and competitive at times, we believe in providing tools for future improvement and encourage all team members to regularly share their feedback with us through internal surveys and reviews. Thank you for leaving a review and we wish you the best in your next endeavor. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

Good flexibility with remote work and PTO.

Cons

Revolving door of leadership and talent in general. They had an initiative to consolidate their brands under one platform, told their employees they wouldn't be replaced after finishing it, then decided to layoff 75% of their staff afterwards (blaming it on AI). Good luck ever getting promoted or a sizable raise when you get a new manager every 6 months. Higher level roles are almost always hired externally rather than promoted internally. Anyone who has worked closely to the product roadmap and finance can clearly see revenue declining year over year. A sinking ship to definitely avoid.
