This company used to be a 5 star company on Glassdoor, and used to be a top 50 UK employer. I have been proud to work for this company for many years, but sadly, since the new CEO things have changed, as is well demonstrated by our glass door score. The HR response will be that we are going through a period of change and to reach out to your own manager for support. The reality is managers have no more information than the people they manage and the problems are far deeper than a period of change. People try their best to deliver increasingly impossible targets in an increasingly toxic environment. What was once a supportive company now feels you are no more than one mistake away from being thrown to the lions. Policies and procedures change weekly, there is no clear direction and everyday it seems the running of the company is becoming more and more chaotic. This is still one of the best paid companies in the area, however if you apply to work here expect to not be able to do your job through red tape, lack of training, equipment, resource, underinvestment and a crumbling IT infrastructure. There are so many barriers to being able to perform that
even if you are driven to, it's almost impossible.
