One of the worlds leading mining companies with a genuinely unique commodity mix. High quality, world class, assets across key commodities (diamonds, PGM and copper). Geographic and commodity scope offers significant opportunities to employees. Some excellent people work at Anglo genuine leaders in their fields.
Cons
Protracted restructuring and portfolio reshaping is taking longer than expected to deliver results. Headwinds on commodity prices and slow pace of change threaten medium term prospects. Complicated management structure distorts accountability and frustrates delivery.
