Angostura is a really vibrant company that prides itself on the quality of its products. Employees are treated well

There is definitely a low ceiling here for quality control analysts here. There are really no avenues for growth in the lab.

Good benefits - subsidised lunch, free uniforms for staff, quarterly vouchers for free alcohol, large annual bonuses, good employer-matched savings plan. Lots of events and giveaways for staff - T-shirts, hampers, special treats for religious holidays, outings etc.

Very little room for growth or upward mobility. Highly-politicised company. Firing of higher-level managerial staff due to internal politics is common. Incredibly nepotistic environment. Many people are hired as a result of having friends or family working there. Salaries for non-managerial staff are on the lower end for the industry. Lack of transparency and equity in the treatment of employees.
