Pros

Jeans and casual work environment made for a comfortable workday. The company offers free beer every couple of weeks, and the hourly wage was decent.

Cons

The job was presented to be responding to customer calls, emails, and social media posts. Once you start, they tell you that it is just a call center, and to take on emails and social media, you have to be a more tenured employee. It is just a call center...it is absolutely nothing more than a call center. They leave you at part-time with promises of advancement and more opportunities within your role. The training was highly disorganized, and it consisted of of classroom training and "on-the-job" training. Several racist remarks were made by the training manager who led the classroom training, and his remarks made several employees visibly uncomfortable. They toss you into "on-the-job" training with associates who obviously were not interested in assimilating trainees into the work environment.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
