No room for growth. AB advertises itself as a meritocracy, but I never saw any follow through with that statement. There are constantly people getting hired and quitting because nobody wants to stick around. They did a great job of pumping you up at meetings, but after a while you realize it's all just talk and nothing will come of it. So focused on reaching quota that it seems everyone is constantly yelling at one another for one thing or another. I still hold out hope that the mainland is more organized, but it was not worth sticking around to find out.
