Pros
Very organized corporate structure. Pay is good and so are the benefits. Free beer once a month. Clear cut path to move up in the company or transfer to another location
Cons
Dealing with retailers who expect everything for free. Extremely hard to get your work covered if you are sick or need a day off. You schedule your 2 weeks vacation in January for the rest of the year. Commission structure is simple but any bonuses above that are poorly communicated and poorly executed by upper level management. Can get repetitive.
