      You get to learn how not to do business

      Cons

      Current Mancom is full of 'yes man and yes woman'. Almost zero cross functional alignment. Everyone is working for their KPI but company is dying. You can write off the bonus/variable component of salary.

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
