More often than not you do not have enough workers to run the lines efficiently and can be chaos at times trying to juggle a heavy workload. There is no real training or induction involved for new starters who tend to struggle and are expected to learn on the job. A lot is expected of you with limited manning and there is a lot of pressure to meet orders on time.
