      - Provide free lunch, free parking fee - Friendly co-workers in the similar type of position

      - Leader in this BD team IS NOT good, and doesn't understand how to be a good leader (I wonder if this person has really taken a course for leadership or not) - Work like a dog as a full-time and official employee, the leader did not take care of its intern, only cares about KPI, money, and profit. - The leader of this team is always blaming her intern, and she has not realized that it was her poor leadership.

      working environment is ok. overall atmosphere: relaxed and casual. except when it's meeting time. kpi was transparent although working strategy was changing every other month

      salary and allowance are so so. some leaders are not exactly welcoming (just a little). high turnover
