Pros
-Easy to get hired
-Work is fairly easy. Schedule at times is flexible
-Can work remotely from home if working a Corporate position
-Only need a computer and cell phone as a job requirement
Cons
Poor management and absolutely no communication which is a problem if you need to discuss your schedule, time off, payroll, supplies/inventory, consumer issues, or any other matter that arises. They do not pay on time and if they do, there is always something wrong with the hours credited to you. Animal Rides are of poor quality and break often, leaving you without business and angry customers.. all without support or guidance from management. High turn over rate of employees. They hire anyone that asks and do not conduct any back ground checks. No face to face interview.
