Pretty good with flexibility and I enjoyed working with customers and coworkers.

Expectations on part-time employees was very similar to full-time but you had less time for tons of work

Pros

My supervisor is nice, works with me when I need to adjust my schedule. Hours are decent since we don't have to work weekends. Pay is comparable to most other companies hiring for CSR.

Cons

Promotions are from within the company, you really can't just come in as a Lead or Supervisor so it can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.

Being able to work from home.

Cons

Training is not adequate and very unorganized. Supervisors play favoritism and offer little support, leaving trainees to sit in Teams training meetings for long periods of time unattended. One trainee is allowed to use the excuse that she was having computer issues all day while binge-watching reality TV, because she doesn't have the experience necessary to perform the job duties, but was hired? One of the trainers is a bully and has no knowledge of Medicare or CA Medi-cal. The job title is completely different from the actual job duties and is misleading. Micro-management is ridiculous. The mass hiring I came in under should have been a clue. It was definitely an uncomfortable and hostile work environment.
