Pros

This is the worst company in SAS Nagar. They hire freshers as if they are being sold in bulk at a marketplace, and when they wish, they throw them out because the harsh truth or reality is that they don’t even have projects for freshers to work on. They don’t teach robotics skills but expect people to work like robots for them. They give an offer letter and a six-month training period letter, then provide just two months of training and kicking people out. The office is full of politics, discrimination and favoritism. Under the name of internships and training, they are playing with students' futures and running a scam. Their employees themselves lack knowledge yet treat interns terribly and judge their potential unfairly. The behavior, management—everything is pathetic. Even the CEO of this company doesn’t know how to talk properly and she treats their employees as they are her slaves. And the employees who work in such an environment become just like her. They, in turn, treat their interns the same way their seniors treat them. Seriously such a worst company, If negative rating is possible I'm giving that to this company. But it's also more that enough for this cheap company. If u want to waste your time and efforts then go their, these people knows this strategy very well.

Cons

Nothing to like here. Full of politics, discrimination and favoritism. Such a toxic environment.

Pros

Good Salary and company wide benefits

Cons

There is a serious lack of operational support from management at this property. Employees are expected to handle resident issues, emergencies, phone calls, and last-minute incidents with little to no assistance, especially during understaffed shifts. Management often fails to effectively support when needed, yet expects staff to remain fully responsive at all times. Communication and incident reporting are inconsistent, staff failed to document to provide clear guidance to upcoming staff about what require attention. The work environment has become discouraging due to excessive workloads, poor leadership involvement, and a culture focused more on speak about others than provide actual solutions. Residents and employees are both affected by the lack of accountability, staffing support, and professional management standards.
