U get to learn a lot in a very short time. Some travelling experiences regionally. Good for Freshie
Cons
Unprofessional job scope, including need to entertain customers/ US principle outside your work hours . Use TOP down outdated Japanese management style to Ensure you comply. The management lost track of what is happening in T & M industry. Very high turnover rate, except for a few old Guards manager .
