Pros
Working here while you're a student is the best because they work with your school hours and anything else you might have going on. They do a good job of promoting within the club.
Cons
All upper management has no idea what they're doing. A lot of micro managing going on. Employees know more about the club than they do. Depending on what department you work in, you could get off work really late
