Do not try to work a full-time job here--there's plenty of work but no appreciation if you work hard - Business Associate AnswerConnect Employee Review

Pros

The variety of calls is very interesting, and the training is well done and thorough. The co-workers are hard-working, good people.

Cons

The last encouragement you'll ever get is in Training. Thereafter they will pick you apart minute by minute, call by call. The pay is on the very lowest end and you are treated they can replace you at any moment and don't care one bit. Call volume is so heavy you virtually can not move from your seat. The benefits as usual go to the corporate people. If you want leadership and encouragement to do better and grow...do not work here.

Pros

Promotes from within, choosing your own schedule, working from home, decent health benefits and amazing dental benefits, competitive pay.

Cons

AnswerConnect is not a good company for people that don't want a heavy workload. The pace is fast, but the rewards are good if you can keep up.
