Pros
Good benefits and employee well being programs.
Cons
No realistic/solid direction, pay, below average clients. Corporate leadership team is out of touch with reality. Creation of roles such as Chief People Officer are viewed as absurd from the people actually doing the work around the company. Corporate gatherings/dinners are pricey expenditures that seem to occur way too often, especially for a company that is struggling financially. During a quarterly meeting last year, the CEO put a slide up that proved the pay at the firm if average to below average compared to industry standards. This was an attempt to prove that employees were being compensated appropriately...backfired. This is the same CEO that went on a 30 minute diatribe about buying his son a Jeep for a graduation present during the previous quarterly call.
