      Good training methods and lax working environment

      Cons

      Working graveyard shift since it’s an overnight lab. On the plus side you get 2 dollars differential pay.

      Competitive pay Friendly coworkers/ managers 1 hour paid break split into 30mins, 15mins and 15mins They give you plenty of time to learn in training

      Cons

      A lot of typing which can lead to wrist injury
