Lack of leadership, higher leadership can know conditions of a store and neglect it until it turns into a big fire. Huge turn over rate Lack of ethics and diversity Hostile environment and unfair treatment Communicated one description and title for what I was being hired for and was different Never worked a company that lead with insecurities like this one
